PO Catalog ECC 6.0

Hi All,

I am using the ECC 6.0 functionality for external catalogs in purchase orders. The path is SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Environment > Web Services

Is there any way to default the vendor number into the PO screen after coming back from the catalog?

have u maintained catalog vendor in ECC6.0

have you set AUTO PO CREATION check box in vendor master

I have maintained the catalog call structure in SPRO.

I am able to punch out to the catalog, select products, return this information to SAP. The only information which isn't defaulted into SAP is the vendor number.

Is there any way to default this number?

for eample- I am using catalog for supplier - RS component GmBH.

for that I need to have vendor master maintained for RS component GmBH in R/3.

Also I need to set Auto PO indicator check box during vendor master creation

Yes, there is a vendor master record for the vendor catalog.

Where on the vendor master record would I set 'auto PO' ?

goto purchasing data of vendor master and ensure that you have set check box Automatic Purchase Order ( in contorl data section)
