Single singon issue only on some iviews

Hello All,

We are at MSS 1.41 on our portal EP7 which is connecting to ERP 6.0 EHP4 as backend.

Single Sign on is working fine between portal and the ERP6 backend system for ESS and most of MSS.

However, some of the IViews of MSS ask the user to login again and display message "No switch to HTTPS occurred, so it is not secure to send a password". But once we "open the iview in new Window", we are able to access the data in all the windows as well.

It seems like some cookie issue but it present in for all the users. Any thoughts......

Thanks,

Antarpreet

    Hi,

Check if both your portal server and ECC are having same domains such as epp.company.com and ecc.company.com.

Also, in ECC verify if the parameter Icm/host_name_full is set to the fully qualified domain name.

    Cheers!!

    Hi,

Ensure you access the portal with a Fully Qualified Domain Name.

    http://abc.xyz.company.com:portnumber/irj/portal.

    Good Luck!
