In the data browser using the table VBAP I am finding that the field PROVG for Commission Group exists. However, I am not finding it at the item level in the sales order. Can someone tell me how I can make that field visible at line item level?

Commission Group is maintained in the material master at Sales Ord : Data 2 . Some of the fields are coming in the Sales B TaB at Item level.
You can activate these fields Through Transaction Variant if it is there in the Screen.
