mail form template not found for CHARM though the form is there already.

kindly suggest action.

I have the same problem and i am using the Mail forms created in the CRM Web UI. The actions and conditions both have the mailform name defined. Please advise

Hi Elizabeth,

This seems issue with your action setup, please cross check the action definition and its conditions again.

The form you are using is it mailform created in CRM Web UI or a smartform ?
