Hi,
I have PowerDesigner. 16.5 SP03PL02 installed on Win10. The problem is that when I open a repository created by other people on Win7, I cannot edit the diagrams' objects (data entities on Conceptual Data Diagram). In the same time, I'm able to create new elements on those existing diagrams, and they stay editable. I'm inclined to think that there must be some component(s) or even SP for Win 10.
