Personnel Number is not updating above the milestone operation confirmation ?

Dear Experts,

My client requirement is while doing the operation confirmation (Milestone-0090) personnel number is getting updated only the particular operation only.

But they want that above the milestone operation (0040,0050,0060,0070,0080) also should get updated personnel number because same personnel number is doing operations.
