Marketing Cloud 1808 - App: My Inbox - Enable Functionality "Manage my Substitutes"

Hello together,

we are on SAP Marketing Cloud Release 1808.

Does anybody know if there exists a Manual to enable this functionality?

When I want to add a substitute for myself there is no data:

All documentation I could find refers to SAP Marketing On-Premise.

Hi Oliver,

did you try to search for another user? For me it also shows "no data" but if I type in the name of a user and click on search it finds the user and I can go on.

now it works. Thank you. Just another question. Do you know what is the meaning of these different substitute types like:

- All Task Groups

- Functional

- Disciplinary

- All
