Hi All,
We are facing an issue while creating the Requisition
Recruier>Create/Edit Requisitions>Create Requisition
Recruiter tries to create Requisition and enters the details in the Organizational Data tab. Despite after entering the Position details he still receives the message "complete the required fields".
The issue has been resolved.

Hi,
for a blind guess. The organizational data tab of the requisition maintanence consists of three subtabs. All three are processed together. That means if you hit the save button the controller processes the tabs for position, for org.unit / job and cost center. Someone might have set the cost center as mandatory field which would result in the message although you cannot currently see the field.

Thanks for the reply.
Currently we have only "Position" sub tab in the Organizational Data tab.
One more thing, this problem is occurring only in Production whereas it is working fine in DEV and QA.
So no idea what could be the reason for that error.
Where can we go and check whether the fields are mandatory or not (Position, Cost center)

Hi,
you can check the field setting in IMG under:
SAP E-Recruiting -> Technical Settings -> User Interfaces -> Settings for User Interfaces with Business Server Pages (BSP) -> Flexibilization -> Fields -> Modify Fields in Interfaces.
Furthermore you should compare the customizing of tables between dev, qa and prod. server, esp. PHTMLB_FLI_CUST using TCODE SCU0.
