Because we did in Asyn scenarios, it's working fine. But the same configuartion in Sync scenario, it will not triggered. Actually we choosed for No Restriction option and all the conditions put it *.

Can you please tell me, if it support to Sync scenario? or any other extra configuration need do that Sync scenario.

Thanks & regards

Vijaykumar

Ofcourse you can trigger alerts for sync scenario.

Make sure you either complete all the alerts in Alert Inbox or uncheck the "Suppress multiple alerts of this rule" in alert configuration.

Thanks

Hi Aamir & Venkat,

Thanks for your reply.

I did the same process for sync scenario, and also uncheck the "Suppress multiple alerts of this rule" in alert configuration. Still we are not getting any alerts in alert inbox and mail. But the same process work fine for Asyn scenario.

Regards

Vijay

Hi ,

There is no such limitation for alerts. It should work for sync scenarios also.

Make sure you check the following.

1) Has the error occured at all?

2) Where did the error occur? IN Integration Engine or Adapter Engine?

3) And for what errors did you configure the alert? For errors in IE or AE?

Hi Vijay,

Alert configuration works for Synchronous scenario also.

How you configure the alerts for asynchronous the same process you can do, nothing change.

Uncheck the check box "Suppress multiple alerts of this rule" in alert configuration, then only you will receive the mails every time when an error occur, otherwise first time only you will receive the mail.
