hi Experts!
I have been able to implement Central Search in our 7.0 box however here is my scenario that is failing:
Click on Saved Search
Select Campaign Element
Select by Objective
The search box appears but there is just a white space and no dropdown selection to choose 'email' for example.
I tried to enter 'email' into the white space and when I do I get the error:
Diagnosis
An exception occurred during request processing. This was handled centrally. It changed the program flow and the result of the request probably contains errors.
Procedure
Contact your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
Activate checkpoint group BSP_WD_EXCEPTION_DISPLAY. To do this, use transaction SAAB. If the error recurs, further details are displayed.

CX_SY_MOVE_CAST_ERROR - Source type \CLASS=CL_CRM_BOL_DQUERY_SERVICE is not compatible, for the purposes of assignment, with target

Could you please tell me what steps you undertook to enable the Central search and after which step does this exception is coming. Please be detailed in your explanation.
