RKF issue on top of Bex Universe

Hi Gurus, I have developed Universe on top of Bex query which has RKF and CKF. Initially the universe measure objects have enterprise id definitions and parsing well The reports built on top of this universe were also working fine. Suddenly the reports started failing, I parsed the universe and all the key figures bulit on RKF and CKF failed. I checked the Bex enterprise id of CKF/ RKF and surprisingly these are not changed. I refreshed the universe and I saw change in measure definition which were showing the technical name of CKF and RKF. What could be the issue. This is a high priority issue. Any clue would be appreciated . BW 7.4 and BO 4.2 Regards Arvind
