Terms & conditions in Word / PDF Format

Hi All,

I have a requirement to amend the terms & conditions to the existing Delivery Notes & invoice oututs, The verbiage is such that it has a special format of Split within pages as well as it as 2 tables.

Can some one please let me know on addressing such scenarios, i feel that the document will lose its special formats (like split) as well as the tables if copied as a text. is there by any chance i can load the document in SO10 as such and refer them in my Smart form / Form.

The option of converting the contents into a text format is ruled out.

PS: i am currently using ECC 6.0 Version

Hi,

You can get your abaper solve this by designing the Terms & conditions page in the smartform itself. If its a static text you can also include that as picture with all formatting and tables.
