Hi,
Database corruption can occur due to known or unknown bugs, or direct sql write operations to system fields in system tables by the user.
Assuming that you have not done the latter, I recommend that you log a support ticket with SAP support, as soon as possible, as the issue will be fixed by SAP according to your maintenance contract.
You can also search SAP Notes, to see if this is a known bug.
