Sub AR's of major AR

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to create sub Appropriation request of an approved appropriation request?

Business requirement: Approved AR of Capex 100 Cr is to be used for all manufacturing plants. Business wants another approval workflow process if portion of 100 Cr is to be used for Plant A , Plant B and so on. Its like: If 100 Cr is approved through AR then there should be similar AR workflow to use this capex among different plants.

So, do we have something like sub AR of Major AR?
