SAP ICR process 003 assignment rule reference

Hi,

I did configure ICR process 003. I am using Reference as assignment rule.I have a question here.

Company A has 2 document with the same reference(XBLNR) and Company B do not have any document with the same reference. When i run the FBICR3, the document with the same reference from company are showing as assigned as the reference is matching.

I was expecting that the documents are matched with reference of company A with reference of company B.

How can i restrict this. Or is this is standard process

Could some one help me in this regard
