Hello,
I was wondering how i can delete processes in error state.
I go to the view "manage processes: process instance" and open perspective "processes in error state".
By selecting a process in error state, the options behind button "actions" are disabled.
Does someone have a clue to solve this problem?
Kind regards,
Martin

Hi Martin,
As far as I know, processes cannot be deleted from the system. If processes are in error state, either they have to be corrected, if possible, or they have to be canceled.
But , from your previous thread, I learn that you could not find any actions enabled for that process instance. Here, I would like to say that actions would be enabled or disabled based on the lifecycle state of the process.
Say, if your process is in canceled state, there would not be any action enabled for that particular process instance.
May I know , which state this particular process you are concered in ?
