Error " Product XXXXXXX was created in a different business system group" during CFM2

I tried to CFM1 and CFM2 material from D64 system to D60 system but received an error " Product XXXXXXX was created in a different business system group". The proposed SAP design will soon be connecting two different SAP systems (S4 Hana and ECC6) to the same EWM system. The problem arose/occurred when I tried to CIF over the material with the plant from D64 box to D60 which caused a conflict to the existing product (from ECC D30) in D60.

However, the material to be copied over to D60 product master has a different plant tagged with the existing product existed in D60 but sharing they are sharing the same material number.

How do I solve this issue, by keeping one material/product number with multiple plants?

Hello Najiba,

are all the ECC systems assigned to the the same BSG group?

Hi Najiba,

Please review the SAP Help: https://help.sap.com/doc/saphelp_scm70/7.0/en-US/21/cc80d87d9b4c63a144418c8769d55e/frameset.htm

Business System Group can be set up in SPRO: SAP - Implementation Guide > Integration with SAP Components >

Integration via APO Core Interface (CIF) > Basic Settings for Creating the System Landscape > Maintain Business System Group &

Assign Logical System and Queue Type

(or by lookup ''Business System Group'' keyword with CTRL+F in SPRO)

The systems where you integrate products must be in the same BSG. These settings must be done in each affected systems.

With Best Regards,

Gergely

Thank you for your answer. I believe the systems that we are configuring are not in the same business group. Is CIF can be achieved if all the systems are in different BSGs?
