Date Profile in Service Request

Hi All,

I have some difficult to activate the Dates profile with the Service Request on CRM 7.0.

I assigned the standard Date Profile to my Business Transaction, but when I create a new service request I can't use the Date fields of my Service Request...they are blocked, inactive.

I follow all the steps of this link.
