hi all,
is it possible to implement KANBAN in Chemical Industry?
while KANBAN is a part of JIT(Just In time).

what makes you think that this would be impossible for a chemical industry.
KANBAN is not specific to an industry . it is a process. it does not matter whether you have solid or fluid parts.
