Registration document to capitalize assets

hi all,

I would like to register a document (not invoice but a fiscal receipt of taxes) connected to an order of asset (that when it's finished, it will be capitalized): how can I do? If it was an incoice there would not be any problem but with an receipt? The receipt it's registred directly in the income statement and must not be registred in VAT register.
