Integrating with SAP Business One TAPI Interface?

Hi all,

I am trialing a piece of panasonic software called Communcatio Assistant which is a TAPI compliant application that runs locally on desktop/laptops. The application ties in with a Pansonic PBX system and easily links in with Outlook. The trouble i am having is linking it to SAP Business One. I try and trigger the CA software from within SAP and CA throws up an error. I am hoping to have the same scenario as i do have with the Outlook Integration where i can call outbound from within Outlook and also "known" numbers in-bound trigger the CONTACT window to open. In SAP Business One i was hoping that i could also call outbound and furthermore that the correct Business Partner would open when you choose to answer the call from the CA application. I have noticed that SAPhone may do something similar but i am unsure on its capabilities.

Can anyone shed any light on how i can expect to get the TAPI link from SBO to tie-in with CA? OR can someone confirm that SAPhone may be the BEST solution ahead of CA?
