ADSO transformation End-routine changes not reflecting in Quality system

For an ADSO's transformation we have implemented end routine and transported to quality system. When we changes anything in just transformation-end-routine and transport it to quality.

The changed code reflects in quality. However in last change we tried to do the same but now TR log says that transport is successful but when we look for new code in the transformation end-routine, it is not there .

I tried generate program option

I tried RSDG_TRFN_ACTIVATE program but no success.
