Workflow that sends an email to the mail of the individual customer

Hi Mauricio,

I don't understand the use case here. Do you meant to use workflow service available in SAP cloud platform only to send emails? If yes, then I don't think this is the right use case for workflow (though it is technically possible).

But if you intend to send the mail to a recently added customer as part of a workflow which does something else then it is a valid use case. What is the back-end which contains details of customers?
