the entry cells disappears

Hello,
in webi 3, I have a report where I have free input cells. locally the entry is done correctly and remains registered even after closing and reopening the report.

then I exported the report to the CMS. the customer entered in cells but when he saves, closes and reopens the report, the entry disappears.
an idea please?
