Problem with MRP flow?

my MRP senario is

1) i m having 2 plants 5100,3300

5100 has the sales order with 10 line items, so i m running the mrp for 10 line items using zpp_md50 for all line item in the sales order. before running this mrp i m giving sales order assignment to the unrestricted stock so that it should also consider this stock while running the MRP, After running the MRP requisitions r generated for 3300 plant, then PO is raised to 3300, now for this PO again mrp is run in 3300 plant for all PO items, for this po items when prodn is done the stock automatically assigned to sales order no.(this is the SO no. of 5100 plant) now how can i do the outbound delivery wrt Purchase Order as the stock in 3300 is automatically assigned to sales order,? how can i do outbound delivery for purchase order?cause i have done the prodn against the Purchase Order.

As you are using Z program instead of standard MRP, you will not get the required answer unless, you explain about the your Z program. This Z program would be only related to your company. Others cannot imagine the functionality of the program.
