Relationship between PPOMA_CRM and RULE AC13200137

Hi experts,

I am trying to use the following Hierarchy structure (Standard Solman Organizational structure assignment Plan "Service Provider") in PPOMA_CRM :

Organizational Structure = Service Provider

Organizational Structure = Service Desk

Organizational Structure = 2nd Level Support

Organizational Structure = BC Team

Position = BC Team

Employee = Business Partner created with Employee Role (e.g. 12)

Now I am trying to use the Organizational Structure(BC Team) , Position(BC Team) and Business Partner (employee) assignment in the RULE AC13200137. Have taken "BC*" Component in the Responsibility Tab. Simulation is working fine. Have created Support message with the Component "BC-ABA" and have checked message's "ACTION TAB" in CRM_DNO_MONITOR . Support Team responsible determination , status RED, Log message "Incorrect Parameter transfer()".

Kindly help me in this.

cheers ,

Administrator

    • Hi Prakhar ,

      thanks , I have already gone through this Blog but my problem is still there. Is it possible to assign manually(not automatic) created Business Partner (should be linked and shown in the business partner column,against an Organizational Unit) in the PPOMA_CRM. It's works with automatic creation but I want to use External Number range for the Business Partners.

      Cheers,

      Admin.
