Additional fields in stability study with notification type QS

Dear Experts,

I want to create stability study notification with type QS (stability study with material). I have customised this notification type QS with notification category -Quality Noification.

While performing transaction QST01 or QM01, in the initial screen system ask for notification type & Number. After inputting both the required data , next subscreen appears where there are four tabs like- "Reference", "Partner", "Task" and "Activity".

Inthe "Reference" tab there is reference object in which there are multiple inputs. There i want two extra input fields "Vendor Material Number" & Vendor Batch Number". Is it possible ?

If yes, please help me how to get these two fields in notification type QS?

I hope in customization if you select

10\TAB01-->Reference Objects->Here

Screen area 1 ---> 005 - Reference object

Here you will get the "Vendor Material Number" & Vendor Batch Number".

for reference check F2 type of notification.

Otherwise user Enhancement:
