Dynamic Modification Rule --QM

Hello

Our client has set up dynamic Modification Rule at Characteristics level . Basically it is set at the header level of an Inspection Plan Task list

Now Our User's Requirement is that when the Quality department Receives a Particular lot , They should know whether tthe characteristics in that lot should be tested Or skipped

They are following the normal Procurement cycle ie PR>PO->Inbound delivery VL31n-->GR (PGI) ..Lot generated

In case when DMR is actrivated at Lot level we get the status at Lot Header , *But how do i create a Test cycle to check the SKIP status at the Characteristics level

Can you all please help me . Once I create a test cycle with a Skip status at char level , I can check with technical whether we can print this status in the Print out of the lot & then Quality department users can easily know if the characteristics has to be Tested or Skipped

Select check box "SKIP" in material master, set DMR in inspection plan.

Now once you create lot for material then based on DMR, system will set status as SKIP for lot.
