Dear CIC gurus,
I would like to find out if it is be possible to remove the link between an Email and a Service Ticket. What currently happens is that sometimes an Email gets mistakenly linked to a Service Ticket. Once that is done there is not way that this link can be removed or deleted.
I have been told that there is no SAP standard function to remove the link between an email and Service Ticket on our version CRM5.0 SP08.
I have 2 questions:
- Has anyone implement such a change before? Some tips would be greatly appreciated!
- Does anyone knows if that function of unlinking email to a Service Ticket is available on CRM 2007?
