Editing Certain screens on Open Enrollment

Hi all,

I have a requirement to add a note to EACH Open Enrollment page based on selection. For example if the employee selects "Opt Employee Life" we need a note on that screen with details about our plan. Again, if they select "Opt Spouse Life" we also need a different note on that screen for that plan.

Could anyone please tell me how this would be possible and give me a push in the right direction?
