Add custom fields VL10G

Hi all,

I want to add some custome fields to be seen in alv output for tcode VL10G .

I had a look at V50R_USEREXITS. What things i need to output are not in SHP_VL10_ITEM.

Please advise.

Hi Himanshu ,

Have you gone throught the Documentation in include V50R_USEREXITS properly ,

there it clearly says , for adding custom fileds in the list display ,you need to append a the Structure

SHP_VL10_ITEM with your required fields ,so obviously you will not find your required fileds in that structure by default.

It's a very flexible report with exits on almost every thing ..

Go thru the docu properly, then you can surely meet your requirements .

Thanks!.

But when i click on the change button, it asks for access key.

I want to add a few things in this:

*INCLUDE LV50R_VIEWG06. "POSTAB_VETVG_FILL_USER MM-Index

Also it is commented.

can u please advise?

Hi himanshu ,

You Don't need to use access keys .You have got so many Enhancement points,

Attach a Custom Include program in Suitable enhancement point.

By the way , what exactly do u need to add in the list display ,

i need to add two fields

fields: late reason

revised ship date and thses can be fetched using the delivery number.

I know how to create enhance poitns. Can you please let me know...the place where i need to put the enhancement point...

and how will i be able to populate the required structure .(once i have done an append structure in se11)

I am confused now as to do we have to use include V50R_USEREXITS ?

If by enhancepoints ...how and where will we put it.

coz all the code in include V50R_USEREXITS (which has sub includes) is commented.?

Request you to explain in a step by step manner.

You need to find Enhancement point to add new field to selection screen and where you can pass this zfield value to structure .Just click on spiral button and V50RSEL_BLOCK_G or V50RSEL_BLOCK_B where you can add custom field .

Hi ,

If you use include it will ask for access key, so append that structure what you have created in the table,and use the user exit to populate data inside thouse fields.
