Dear all, I have maintain an absence type for illness. According to this if someone is absent from friday to Monday the days of absence should be 4 and not 2 (Mon to Friday work schedue)
I have maintained a counting rule but the only time that I manage to have the required result is only when I go to the type of the daily work scheduele that I have for Saturday and Sunday and there I give some planned time (although it is not right to do so)
As per my understanding the system thries to find planned time in order to make the estimation of absence days.
Any ideas on how to solve my problem.
