Error in WWI server

Hi All,

When tried to display the label using the transaction CBGL_MP01,the following error message appears.This message is showing for all the systems in our office.

Error on WWI server A94ACGL110: Results file not found

Message no. C$830

Diagnosis

The results file of the generation was not found on the WWI server A94ACGL110.

System Response

Generation was not carried out.

Procedure

Advise your system administrator to check the WWI installation on the WWI server A94ACGL110.

Problem solved as there was an issue with the file

HI i am having the same issue what was the problem with the file and how did u solved it.

I am basis admin and one our BA is creating the order to print label.

Please help
