"Percent of" column -> divisor depending on row

Hi Experts,

I have the following problem to solve in the Query Designer:

I have a very complex (80 lines) P&L Structure in rows which is made of selections and formulas etc. Very important is Sales Sum, Sales Productgroup A and Sales Productgroup B

In columns there is also a structure : Actuals Month, Actuals Cum, Budget Month, Budget Cum and so on.

Now: The client wants to double the columns to have: Actual Month AND Actual Month in % of Sales etc.. However, it depends on the P&L item with Divisor to use. For example, personnel cost is supposed to be divided by Sales Sum, marketing cost is supposed to be devided by Sales Productgroup A.

Is there any automated way to solve this issue? I know I could use exception cells but this would be very time-consuming, since there are 6 columns to add x 80 lines makes 480 cells. 😔

Thanx in advance,

Regards,

Cora
