SAP Crystal AddOn

I have installed the CR AddOn V 2.0.0.6 at 2007A SP00 PL42.

I noticed that DotNetFramework 3.5 SP1 was already installed on the system.

I tried to install it anyway, according to step 7 of the instructions.

This returned an error although Event Viewer said it had installed successfully.

When I try to start the AddOn I get the following message.

Retrieving the COM Class Factory for component with CLSID {3EBB7859-E4E3-B673-C6E5AD529CC!}

failed due to the following error: 80040154

Hi Gordon,

Thanks for the response.

I think the 64 bit OS is the problem.

I have tried to download the 2.0.0.7 version from Richard Duffy's blog but am getting a Download Expired message.

Is there any where else that I can download from?

Hi Gordon,

I have got only Crystal Runtime.

SAPCrystalSetup.exe and PDF not in the bundle.

Please guide me which update i have to download from below link;
