i am having some doubts for the below questions, please some one suggests me how to process this!
1.can any one explain step by step how the internal recruitment achieved in E-recruitment?
2. what application process group activities to be carried for successful hiring of internal employee, how the it is to be processed for the internal employee?
( because he is already an employee with the company, he needs to apply the job posting for the another senior post in the same company, for this instance( org re assignment, salary structure, personnel area, personnel sub area, employee group and employee sub group will be going to change)).
3 is we need of Data transfer activity for the internal recruitment ? if so what will be the next process after data transfer activity?
4. i can not find any specific portal application BSP URLs in se38 report program generate_URLS for the actions to be done in E recruitment? where it will done in portal? any specific roles for that like recruiter, managers etc?
5. what for PA48, is it for internal recruitment or external recruitment?
6. pa48, is it mandatory for internal recruitment or it can be done in e recruitment portal screen itself?
