Barbella,

Your example seems to be confusing. Do you want 15.15 to be converted to 15 or 1515?

Regards.

Hi,

I do not think it is possible.

It is possible to convert 15.1530 to 15.15, but not possible the other way round.

XI cannot generate the additional two decimal places.

Even if it does, how would XI know whether it should be 15.1530 or 15.1599 or 15.1545 ??

Note that it is still possible to get 15.1500 (Use FormatNumber Function )

I need to calculate the interest for example of 1 euro by a linear calculation.

after 30 days with a 10% interest in the result is 0.008.

I can not see the result but only 0.008 .... 0.00 suggestions?

Hi Edoardo,

This is possible.

Use the Format Number function .

Right click on the FormatNumber function and select Properties.

Give 0.0000 in the property.

Then use this format number just before assigning your calculation to the output.

Hi Edoardo,

In Arithmetic functions.

Scroll to the extreme right.

It will be the last function in arithmetic functions list.

Hello Edoardo,

Open your Message mapping program.

there will be a list box in the bottom left corner.

Chose Arithmetic functions option in that list box.

Then to the bottom right corner, there will be a small Triangle like this |>

Click on that until you scroll to the last.

There you can find the FormatNum Function.

Alternatively, do this:

Double click on the mapping area and chose

All functions->Aritmetic->FormatNum

Regards,

Ravi
