I have created a workflow definition wherein I have created a step of type form in which I enter the Material Number and the material description should be automatically populated. I have completed the above mentioned step.

But there should be two mails sent based on the clicking of the Approval & Reject Button in the application tool bar of the form.

Hindly suggext me how to create the two buttond in the application tool bar. As the function group ehich is creawted for the form consists of only sub screen I am not able to create the GUI Status Is there a solution for this.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

you can create a form in 4 ways.

1. Approve

2. Approve with query

3.Change.

4. Display.

So if you take 1 an 2 you will get the required 2 buttons ie., Approve and Reject automatically with two branches one for Approve and the other for Reject.

Hi,

When you are creating the Form step you get an option of Action in which you have Approve, Approve with Query, Display & change option. so when you choose one of these options accordingly the tabs are created
