Dear Consultants,
Current Factory calendar is wth Sunday off. My existing payroll was considering month of 26 days. i.e. if a person having Basic pay 2600 avails 2 days Leave without pay, He would get Rs 2400 (2600 / 26 = 100. 100 X 2 = 200. 2600 - 200 = 2400).
Now, I created new Factory calender for Plant with Wednesday off. Seperated all those PA & PSA of employees working in Plant. Created all new kinds of earned leaves & LWP for plants. & set the absence calculation in Payroll > Absences.
Now if a person in plant avails 2 days LWP, the system considers 25 days month only for employees in plant. He gets 2392 (2600 / 25 = 104. 104 X2 = 208. 2600 - 208 = 2392.)
Where do we set this no of days of a month the sysem should consider? how did it start taking 25 days a month instead of 26 days?
