Hello Everyone,
We have done system copy from CRM 4.0 production server to CRM 4.0 quality server.
As part of the post system copy, we have to clean up the outbound queue in the target system (CRM qual).
We would to like is there any background job available for mass deletion of content of the outbound queue.
Aprreciate your response.

As per above note,
Solution
To delete a LUW and/or all LUWs of a queue, you can execute the report RSTRFCQD (Outbound) or RSTRFCID (Inbound). The above-mentioned reports can also be scheduled as background jobs.

Hi,
When you do a system Refresh the you need to goto transaction SMQ1in Target System(QAS) and then delete the Outbound Queue logs.
