Possible to auto update or mass upload new PO price

Hi Experts!

Ask your opinion..

We have POs with more than one line item in each PO. In each PO we have condition type(TAX) . When somebody update the price for certain condition type in VK13, we have to carry out the new changes in pricing in PO(for open PO only) for ach line items in each PO.This will take a lot of time.

Is there any way i can set automatically update the PO price when there's changes been made in tax value(VK13)? Or maybe there is a tcode where i can update the price for a group of POs price?

And what is the effect to the system if i execute with auto changes or mass changes on the PO price?

Please advise.
