My client using External contractor labour. So for that they need manpower planning and Payment also.For that i have created one control key which allows me Requiremnt assignment tab for planning and also service tab.
Here in service tab i have created service master like: technician and Helper with rates , so when i book Hours of Helper,as requirement, planning cost i will get.This is requirement created by maintenance engineer for doing operation. Now mainteannce planner will allocate manpower in requirement assignment tab based on requirement in service tab using cm25. these capacity I have creted in work center as capacity or HRMS.is it a right approach.if yes , then
(1) How i or system will ensure that maintenance planner has assigned same helper whose rate i have taken in service tab, because helper may have different rates.
(2)During confirmation if i allocate 5 hrs of any manpower , rest 3 , he was idle, how i will get , because service entry , for total hrs. including ot hrs.
can standard process is avalable or i can deal with any developemnt and how
guide me.
