CAP: collective agreement provisions.

PCR: Personnel Calculation Rule which we used in Schemas

Employee subgroup grouping for personnel calculation rule.

A division of employee subgroups, for which the same personnel calculation rules are defined for payroll accounting and evaluations in payroll.

Use

1 = hourly wage earners

2 = periodic payments (e.g. monthly wage earners)

3 = salaried employees

4 = payments (public service sector Germany)

The meanings of these groupings are fixed and must not be changed.

ES grouping for collective agreement provision.

An employee subgroup grouping for collective agreement provisions combines subgroups which are governed by the same valid collective agreement provisions. A provision is a specific labor law regulation within the collective agreement. Examples 1 = Industrial workers/hourly wages

2 = Industrial workers/monthly wages

3 = Salaried employees

4 = Non pay scale employees

5 = Public servant

Hi,

Personnel Calculation Rule:

You have to assign the values to our employee subgroups in table V_T503Z table, otherwise system will through the error and it will not read the PCR in time management and payroll. for salaried employee we have to assign the value 3, then system will read the rule 3 group.

1 = hourly wage earners

2 = periodic payments (e.g. monthly wage earners)

3 = salaried employees

4 = payments (public service sector Germany

Collective Agreement Provision:

As per labour law we need to set the values to our employee subgroups. this values we have to assign as per our requirement like if your paying the salary to employee on hourly base then we need to set the value 1.(working in factory).

1 = Industrial workers/hourly wages

2 = Industrial workers/monthly wages

3 = Salaried employees

4 = Non pay scale employees

5 = Public servant

Devi.

Hi,

It is clear that the ESG for PCR is a useful tool, but I Have a question.

in our case I need a PCR to be applied for a specific EE group (since we have EE groups for Locals and expatriates), and they are also salaried employees (Grouping 3). how should I approach this, should I go ahead and change their Grouping for PCR to a deferent grouping or there is another way to approach this?

Regards,

Abdulrahman

A subdivision of employee subgroups for which the same personnel calculation rules, evaluation of payroll results and time evaluation apply. A personnel calculation rule is an instruction how certain defined tasks in time evaluation, payroll and the evaluation of payroll results are to be carried out.

A collective agreement concluded between the relevant unions that applies to local-government employees. It contains general terms and conditions on work models, pay, working hours, and other aspects of employment.

In Payroll we need lot of PCR's. Our PCR's are based on Employee Subgroup grouping. And the other thing is CAP(Collective Agreement Provision). From the name itself it is self explanatory that the Agreement that is valid for particular area it may be geographical area.

Suppose for bengal we have some rules and regulations related to tax and for karnataka we have other rule and regulation.

The ESG grouping u use in V_T510 table is ESG grouping for CAP

The ESG grouping u use in any PCR is ESG grouping for PCR

I guess you are aware that any PCR in SAP is based on ESG grouping and WT.

Hope this is clear now !!
