Notification type F2 / Q2

Hi Experts!

I have some difficulties to understand in which way I have to use F2 or Q2 notification types for vendor complaints.

I heard that F2 is triggered manually or automatically, and Q2 only manually.

Moreover, Q2 could be used with externaly cause to take into account into the quality level.

Could you give me more detail on this topic to understand well the difference between both?
