Cannot login as administrator

Hi all,

I have installed SAP netweaver 7.0 on my system. When i tried to login in portal for the first time, I was asked to change the password.Now after changing the password , I am not able to login with username administration.

I activated emergency user SAP* by setting UME properties in Config tool. but i was not able to login with this user also.

Can anyone suggest me any solution.Currently i am not able to deploy as well as login to portal.

Hi,

we encountered a similiar, if not the same problem.

We installed NW 7.0 SR3 on a 64bit windows system, with an Oracle database (as needed with SAP NW IdM 7.1).

Login to the portal (http://localhost:50000/useradmin) is not possible, after entering "Administrator" and his password, the login screen just reappears.

Any suggestions would be very welcome.

i think there must be a backend like DXI for track space, then you have to chage the password in the browser and in the backend, and the password in both cases should be identical.
