Inconsistent fields in response when adding a solution to a service call

Hello,

I want to add a recommended solution to a service call. I choose the solution from the list and I update the changes.

I cannot save the changes and SAP shows the message: Response fields are not consistent [message 60110 - 49]

I was searching notes in SAP and I found the note 1060593, I ran the sql query and I did not have results.

What can I do to assign the recommended solution and update the service call?

The system is SAP B1 2007 PL 47 and MSSQL 2005.

Dear Agustin,

It seems that the issue you are getting is a probable database correction.

You need to opena support ticket at SAP Portal to get you database investigated.

Please do mention that you are not getting the results from the relevant Note.
