Charm - Transport in changeable status

Can you provide any suggestions on how to handle this scenario :

Issue : One of the several transports in Charm document remains in changeable status. This transport should be in released status when charm document set to status " Successfully tested "

Steps tried :

Checked with developer if this was an empty transport. Moved status to "To be Tested" so Charm can try to delete empty transport it but it failed

I then tried to decouple transport by changing to "In Development" status and failed to decouple problem transport since there is a TOC which was not imported.

Hi Murali,

I would recommend checking the following:

1. Check the import history in QA system to see if the TOC import failed with RC >= 8. If this is the case have the developer refer the Transport logs to fix the issue. Later you can correct the import manually through Task list.

2. Do a consistency check of the transport, it could be that Export check failed because of some errors.

If the consistency check failed, have the developer identify the issue and fix it. Try changing the status and see if it is getting released.
