It happens when there is a good amount of load on the server......if possible stop the unwanted CCs in RWB so that you have a better performance

Hi,
maybe the server is overloaded or your network connection is slow

Hi!
This can be a network problem between your client and PI/XI server. Additionally this could be a pure client problem. Start Task Manager and look for heavily consuming ressources. Stop all memory and cpu consuming applications and try it again ...
For example "new versions" of some virus scanners often show the behaviour to protect the client to almost 100% by just inhibiting client to do its work. Sometimes firewalls are such candidates also

If your XI server is the same (configuration, no. of objecs, message processing frequency, space etc) as it was a few days ago....then check the Memory utilization of your local desktop through which you access the XI server.....earlier i had a RAM capacity of 512MB and opening the XI/ PI server was a major issue and now after changing it to 2GB i can feel the difference.....so either increase the RAM capacity of your system or try to remove unwanted programs so that processing will be somewhat faster.... are your peers also experiencing the same issue?

ABhishek.
