Alerts - Click on alert should opne the service ticket

Hi,

We have a requirement of throwing alerts if the customer confirmed has an open service ticket. We can configure the alerts easily but the second part of the requirement is that on CLICK OF THE ALERT, the particular service ticket should open.

Has any been done this before ? Can you please provide some suggestions on this.
