I wondered if you could help me on this requirement.
We are implementing Interaction Center Web Client in CRM 2007 and they need the following:
Requirement: when changing the status of a Service Order to "completed" an Activity (a phone call) must be created for a Generic group in the Organizational model (Call center Back Office) so that they make a phone call informing the customer that the problem was solved.
Is it possible to have this done automatically by using Rule Modeler so that the rule should look as follows:
Condition: if the status of the Transaction Type Z* is "Completed"
Action: create an Activity (activity tipe Z_PhoneCall) and assign the group responsible "Call Center Back Office"
I was investigating the Rule Modeler and I did not find a way to do this.
I hope you can give me some hints.
